Small Scale 1000 L/Hour Pure Drinking Water Purification Machine
- Material:
- FRP, Stainless steel, PVC
Q1: What is the application and processing of the machine?
A1: Product Application
This machine is an integrated small water treatment device, which can reach 1000L per hour. The machine is used for water purification. The water source can be surface water, tap water, mountain spring water, well water, etc. Suitable for small investment water factories with small output. Good equipment, reasonable price and easy operation.
The process of our machine
- Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
- Quartz sand filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc.
- Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc.
- Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
- Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5μm.
- High pressure pump--Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
- RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.

Q: What are the advantages of this machine and other suppliers?
A: Compared with the same machine, we have the advantage
Float
We have equipped this equipment with an additional source tank float and a pure water tank float. It automatically detects the water level and automates the machine without the need to manually notice the change in water level. Just put the two wires in the source tank and the pure water tank.
Pressure detecting
In addition, we installed a pipe pressure detecting device on the machine to prevent the water pump and the high pressure pump from being damaged by the intake air.
There are two pressure detecting devices on one device to control the raw water pump and the high pressure pump respectively.
Switch
We installed a switch at the end of the reverse osmosis. If there is no water flowing out of this switch, then the membrane may be blocked. At this time, the Ro membrane needs to be replaced, and we will install one on each reverse osmosis so that we can simply know which membrane is defective.
