The homogenizer of the vacuum emulsifier is an important core component of the vacuum emulsifier. It can be called an emulsifying head or a homogenizing head. It consists of a pair of rotors and stators that cooperate with each other. The material is subjected to a strong high-frequency shearing action in the high-speed rotating fixed rotor to achieve ultra-fine and uniform material particles, and the particle size can reach a small 0.2-200um. The rotor specifications of different materials are different, and customers can choose the material according to the processing technology. So, what should be paid attention to when operating the homogenizing function of the vacuum emulsifier? The following small series shares some tips for vacuum emulsifiers for you-

First adjust the time relay to the required working time and press the start button of the homogenizer.

Vacuum emulsifier homogenization cutting and scraper stirring: After feeding (water can be used during debugging), turn on the corresponding control switches respectively to control the operation of the homogenizer and scraper stirring.

Before stirring, it should also be moved to check whether there are any abnormalities in stirring and scraping. If there are, they should be eliminated immediately.

High Shear Emulsifier care should be taken to keep the homogenizer clean. If it is stopped or the material needs to be replaced, it should be cleaned according to the requirements of the contact parts between the homogenizer and the working fluid, especially the cutting sleeve of the cutting wheel, the sliding bearing of the homogenizer sleeve and the head of the sleeve. After cleaning and reassembly, the impeller should not be stuck when it is manually rotated. After the two flanges of the pot body and the pot cover are fixed, the motor of the inching homogenizer rotates correctly, and there are no other abnormalities before starting.

Due to the high speed of the homogenizing cutting head, it is not allowed to operate in an empty tank state to avoid affecting the sealing degree after local heating.

The homogenizer of the vacuum emulsifier is reversed from top to bottom, and the motor should be moved for testing when it is connected or not used for a long time. The stirring frame is reversed from top to bottom, and the stirring blade rotates clockwise from top to bottom.

During the debugging process, the vacuum emulsifier should be operated after confirming that it is correct.
